In Idaho . . .
- People who identified themselves as being a race other than white made up 10.9 percent of the population in 2010, compared to 27.6 percent in the U.S.
- The non-white population has changed from 4.5 percent in 1980, to 5.6 percent in 1990, to 9.0 percent in 2000, to 10.9 percent in 2010.
Please note that estimates between census years do not include an "Other Races" category, so data from 2002-2009 cannot be compared to these numbers.
