All people living on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation: Value of owner occupied housing Compare to others Ranking of Idaho reservations Download data Download data for all Idaho reservations These data come from the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey.  They are based on averages of data collected in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.  These estimates cannot be used to say what is going on in any particular year in the period, only what the average value is over the full period.  Some reservations have no data reported due to their small populations.   The value of owner occupied housing is the census respondent's estimate of how much the property would sell for if it were for sale. The median value is the level at which half the housing units have a higher value and half have a lower value. Here, we present the real median value, which means the data have been adjusted for inflation.   In 2006-2010, the real median value of owner occupied housing on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation... was $172,900. Please note that ORTL stands for Off-Reservation Trust Land.   Note: NA = Not Available. The Census Bureau does not report data for all reservations for all reference years. We adjusted median housing value by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is a measure of inflation. Using the CPI to put dollar values in "real" terms makes it easier to see "inflation-free" change over time. Our base year is 2010, which means all dollar values are in terms of 2010 dollars.
